Anyone have a Recipe for Eastern NC Vinegar Pork BBQ Marinade?

I looked online but can't find one like the one I had last week. We went on vacation and I had the best BBQ at a Dixie's just outside of Nags Head. I gotta have that recipe! Can anyone share? Thanks!
