The Bush "Turkey Neck": How do I get one?

For a young man of 60 and considered one of American's fittest presidents, GW sure has one nice turkey neck. I am from Tennesseeee and I have never seen a finer slug of meat on any human! Is this fine neck feature only Bush specific, or can I acquire one as well? How can I get one!?
