How do I transfer iTunes playlists to Windows Media Player 11?

I got a Sony Walkman MP3 player. It has to by synchronized with WMP 11. But I've downloaded my MP3s on iTunes. How do I get them into WMP 11 so I can get them on my MP3 player? Thanks.
