I have a jelly lubricant to help the foreskin retract back, but I only used it twice and doesn't do anything.

I know I only used the lubricant twice, but I know it doesn't do anything at all. Then I get to lazy to try anything else, because its so tight and there is no hope. When I pull it back when its flaccid it feels weird and tight, but when its erect there is no chance. What should I do?
