even if you were told your hair was in fantastic shape=it was because you hadnt bleached it yet. once that happened it is not gonna stay in that shape. anti breakage products help but wont totally prevent them. i would call teh stylist back and let her know what happened because if thats what she said then she should either fix it for you or give you your money back. your color is not doing right not because its damaged-basicallly bleaching just takes all the color out of hair instead of coloring the strand itself. so it sounds like the bleaching just wasnt strong enough and the stylist should correct that.
