Which Recievers to Start?

I have 5 recievers. YES, I said 5. I have Randy Moss Vs. Ravens (probably locked in at reciever), Santonio Holmes Vs. Chargers (would be locked in if I could trust him to catch the ball), Steve Smith (Giants) Vs. Chiefs (I like him, so he may also be locked in at number 2), Wes Welker Vs. Ravens (wouldn't mind playing him if I knew I could rely on him after his injury), and Kevin Walter Vs. Raiders (he may be a Wes Welker type player, but I don't know yet). Who would you start???
