Would Republicans still say "No" if Obama & the Democrats wanted to continue the Bush Tax Cuts on the top 2%?

it would be an interesting experiment for obama to try to see if they do in fact do it....they are so used to just saying no on everything that they might say no out of habit....which would be quite hilarious.
