Would you leave your child in daycare in this situation?

I had a really bad stomach virus a few weeks ago and was in the emergency room over night...I got home at 6AM, hadn't slept all night, so I took Olivia to her sitter's house. I feel more comfortable knowing she's with her getting the attention she needs, because I was just physically unable to give it to her that day.
