Why do people keep mistaking wish lanterns for UFOs?

I don't understand why people keep reporting that they have spotted UFOs in the sky, when they are actually chinese flying paper lanterns. We sell sky lanterns at www.wishlantern.co.uk, and they look absolutely nothing like what I imagine an alien spaceship to look like. Have you spotted any oddities in the sky recently?
