40 hour famine dilemma?

Ok so I just remembered the 40 hour famine today so I rounded up a group of friends and signed us up but when I finished it told me I would receive my member stuff (donation books etc) in the next 10 days however the famine is in 3 days. Can my group still do the 40 hour famine? If so, what do we do?
