Are all natrual additive free cigarettes better for you?

Cigarettes that claim to be all natrual with no added chemicals print on thier boxes that they are not any safer then regular cigarettes that have added chemicals in them. Now I know that cigarettes are bad for you no matter which way you look at it. But wouldnt the cigarette with no added chemicals be the lesser of the two evils??
