I can only think of 4 heels who are higher on the food chain than the all American and that is The Big Show Paul Wight, Randy Orton, Y2J Chris Jericho, and Edge. I see Swagger as currently being bigger than Kane, John Bradshaw Layfield, Mark Henry, Mike Knox, William Regal, Shelton Benjamin, and Vladimir Kozlov in the heel department.
