Had follicle tracking scan on cd10 ,had a follie of 22mm.nurse said it would burst that day or the next day.?

she didn't give me a shot to help egg release.i have read that most people on the clomid have this shot.hoping i haven't missed out?or did i not have it because there was a egg in follicle i don't know wot to think,can any one help?
