You need to approach the issue in an adult way without laying blame at anyones door if you want to get anywhere. Arrange a dinner for her and tell her you love her dearly. Explain that the incident prior to your marriage has left you insecure and you need her urance that you have nothing to worry about. If her response is not to reure you then I would say that she is playing games or has lost heart in your relationship. Discuss your hopes and dreams for the future. If she seems reluctant to engage in plans for the future I would say that you have your answer and I would leave her to it.
