Indefinate suspension on ebay?

I have an indefinate ebay suspension and I was wondering if anyone has got the account reinstated after this. My account is currently blocked so i heard I can try to make another one but I had 98% percent feed back and 391 feedback score so I dont not want to start over if anyone could help I would really appreciate thanks.
