Hysterectomy?

So I have a gyno visit tomorrow to check heavy bleeding during my period and constant pelvic pain. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with fibrocystic ovaries by a fertility specialist. I also think I have a fallen bladder because I pee everytime I cough or sneeze. I would like to have a hysterectomy since I'm now 38 and couldn't have my tubal reversed (they were cut too short). What are the chances my gyn will recommend a hysterectomy for me?

i have been ill for 3 months starting with nausea, vomiting and shooting pains all over my body i am a 27 year old female i have been to doctor after doctor with only 1 doctor(neuro) who believed me after seeing swelling in the optic nerves in my eyes. optimologist suggested pseudotumor cerebri but spinal tap pressure was 18 normal/high MRI showed a small lession on the right anterior parietal subcortical white matter but no change in the past 6 weeks my doctor said with no change it is unlikely a glioma. i have a crp of 18.88 which is really high right and a white blood cell count ranging from 6,000-16,000????? anything other that that everything else i had done was negative such as MS, bacteria in spinal fluid, blood cultures, rheumatoid factor, ana, hiv, epstein barr, cmv, gall bladder function, chest xrays, encephalogram, transient echocardiogram......all normal or negative. i still feel ill and what makes me think that there is something wrong is my rising crp which had been 9.42-10.43, 11.48 and now 18.88 i know it means inflamation but what could it be cancer??????? doctors say they dont know what to make of it and left it at that is it related to my other symptoms. i am running out of options because doctors dont know what to do it is to the point where i pay a 30 dollar co-pay for them to say "i just dont know what to make of this" what else to i do if anyone knows what to make of this i will take any advice please help me i am very scared

I read an article recently that stated that many busy pros who sell a lot of photos shoot primarily in jpeg. The reasons given had to do with workflow and time constraints. I'm talking about people who sell to magazines, postcards, stock, websites, etc. It was stated that they (the pros in question) shoot raw only when they can see a need to be exceptionally careful. I'm an enthusiast-level photographer who is considering a photography sideline, selling stock shots, and maybe producing some scenery/ cityscape type stuff for the tourism industry, etc. (I travel a lot...) If I can shoot HQ jpeg instead of Raw, and reduce my time in front of the computer, I'd be a happy boy. Any thoughts?

I'm secondary school teacher and teach geography to mainly y7(12-13 years olds). Recently we have been doing a project of house prices in different areas and groups of students went and took pictures of different things each area had. One group didn't have a camera so I let them borrow my iPhone to use the camera, something I regret. Not thinking about the time the amount of information my phone holds, like address, my wife and my son pictures ect. Later that week a few students were calling me by my first name, instead "sir", or Mr dell, but didn't think much of it. This was kinda all through the year 7 groups, so it must have been rumoured around. Than a student said to me, "your sons got really blonde hair", which made really suspicious. Than later that week a bunch of students turned up at my doorstep, and asked if they could have a drink. I gave them two cans of coke to try and get rid of them, and asked how them how they knew where I lived and they said "everyone does", which worried me. I asked the group that used my phone about it, and they said they let this group use it, meaning it had been through the hands of 45 student. They even know my son name and school he goes to. I'm the head geography so it is really un professional to have the students knowing this information. I live about 20 minute drive away from school, so than they cant find my house. What should I do. I'd rather not tell the subject head, because it does state in the rules not to lend any student a digital devise which contains your information. What should I do. Should I just let it p.

I know I have not been the model employee since getting pregnant. I have had alot of morning sickness, so I have missed work. I work in a call center, and they keep record of your stats, personals, breaks, meetings ect. My stats were higher than normal because of having to use the washroom alot. I had my doctor fill out a form to excuse me from the attendance policy, because of my being sick. My employer then made me part time, then reduced my hours to the minimum for the company. I had given a doctors note exactly 7 days ago saying I was able to work. But since then missed three days due to morning sickness. I'm 29 weeks pregnant, and because of getting fired, I cannot make my maternity leave. Can they do that?

I have music that's on my '95 compaq presario. It's very old, can barely connect to the internet. My Bichon Frise Chip has always been a skinny dog and he would always run around my house and be super super playful, but ever since my sister brought home another dog for her birthday Chip doesn't run around the house anymore, and the only time he plays is when the new puppy wants to play with him. Is my guinea pig going blind?

The other day, I noticed that one of the eyes on my guinea pig, Starsky was kinda droopy and his bottom lid was red. I decided to sleep on it, thinking that he was fine and the next day, it should heal itself back. But I was wrong. The next day, Starsky's eye now has a little white spec. I read a little about guinea pigs going blind because of small eyes (which Starsky does have) that it isn't so rare but I was wondering if there was any way to help him or prevent it from happening to my other guinea pig, Hutch. They usually suggest tap water due to the fluoride in it. It depends on where you live though. I never used distilled water for my infant and toddler.

even if you were told your hair was in fantastic shape=it was because you hadnt bleached it yet. once that happened it is not gonna stay in that shape. anti breakage products help but wont totally prevent them. i would call teh stylist back and let her know what happened because if thats what she said then she should either fix it for you or give you your money back. your color is not doing right not because its damaged-basicallly bleaching just takes all the color out of hair instead of coloring the strand itself. so it sounds like the bleaching just wasnt strong enough and the stylist should correct that.

Stepchild visitation question.?

She is using the children as a weapon against you and this is not right. You can start by getting the Department of Family and Children's Services involved. You have rights as their father. I know the courts will give you visitation, but you have to file something with the courts and they will take it from there. Have any of you ever prayed and had a miracle happen? I live in southern California, and my house looks over Santa Clarita Angels Canyon Nature Park, and fires happen there a lot. On October 22nd, the fire was literally 100 yards away from my house. We were calling our insurance, and everything that mattered to us was in out car. I began to pray and pray, since the fireman purposely lit a fire to burn out the brush, and just when the fire came up to our back fence, it was doused, and the fires that were behind it were also put out. Every time I begin to lose faith. (The past 2 1/2 months have been hard for me) I remember this moment and know that God is always looking out for me.

im currently training my 6yr old qh gelding Dude. considering im 15yrs old everybody keeps telling me to send him to a professional. I recently brought my 98 honda crv into the shop to get a drive belt replaced, sway / stablilizer bar links/hooks on the rear tires, and a lug nut / bracket for the front tires. The mechanic also did several checks and replaced fluids and windshield wipers. Total cost: $621. (Parts: $343 / Labor: $240 + taxes etc.). Rome is not as expensive as other European cities such as London or Paris, but it is not cheap either. The thing I enjoy about Rome is that the city itself really isn't that large; everything is in walking distance. The subway is cheap and incredibly easy to manage. There is line A and line B. They cross at Termini Station which is the "Grand Central Station" of Rome. There is so much to see and do. You'll wish you had a week for the Vatican Museums alone. I'm not sure about the clubs. I really didn't like going out after dark. Also, be prepared to see graffiti everything. I was very surprised by this.

I have an 08 Tc. I bought it new in 08. My view on used cars (any used cars) is you don't know anything about the previous owner and how they drove the car or even if they kept up the maintenance correctly. Everyone drives their car's differently and could have been really hard on the car. So unless its from someone you know or a family member you can trust I would go new. As far as the Tc goes, I have never had any problems with mine what so ever. Over the almost 2 years I've had it nothing. If you are worried about the price. My parents are ridiculously strict, at least compared to my friends' parents. I am almost 14 and was just recently allowed to watch the shining. I am not allowed to play any M games for violence, and am not even allowed to listen to explicit music. I have gotten in trouble for violence before at school but their definition of violence at my uptight school is pushing someone, they think I will get more violent if I play games with that content type. How reliable were Toyota 4x4 automatic transmissions?

I just picked up an '87 Toyota 4x4 that the seller thought had lost reverse. The fluid doesn't seem overly burnt, a little tinge of brown but doesn't smell badly burned. With the shifter in reverse position the motor builds RPM a little but not like with no load, in neutral position it drives forward easily and in park it shutters back and forth like it wants to back up but can't when given some throttle. It appears to have all 4 forward gears and overdrive will shut off/ turn on with the switch. It seems like it could be a shifter adjustment thing, I've never owned or worked on a Toyota before so the cable shifter is a little suspicious but foreign to me. I've fryed 6-&00R4's in 4 different Chevy trucks and when reverse goes that was usually the last gear to be there following first and started out by 2nd,3rd and 4th. I bought a book, fluid and filter with thoughts of diving into that over the weekend and I'm not to proud to seek some prior knowledge from those who know more.

Jeep Liberty tire squeaking ?

I just took my Jeep in a week ago to have the rear and front brakes changed. The rotors were changed last year but they re-surfaced them as well. Anyways its been a week and when im driving i notice i have a chirping sound coming from the wheel. It start off slow but the sound increases with speed. The noise goes away as i brake. However when i brake, the brake squeaks midway through the brake then stops as im coming to a stop. Any ideas?

Uninstall Ubuntu dualboot?

I recently installed Ubuntu linux Intrepid Ibex on my PC as a dual boot with WinXP, but it just hasn't worked out well, so I want to uninstall just Ubuntu and leave XP alone(and resize my partition to give xp its space). I have looked breifly at some topics but they all seem to need your WinXp install disks to reinstate XP loader. I read that just formatting the linux partition would leave Ubuntu's loader and eff things up. Is there a way I can uninstall Ubuntu and go back to the way it was before it was installed without the damn XP disk?

Computer Virus?

OK a few days ago a mate sent me a link to something through msn that I clicked on because I thought it was taking me to a shared folder. Then what happened was my computer froze and sent this link to everyone online. The rest of the night the computer kept doing this sporadically. Now I've done full system scans with SpyBot, Adware and AVG and not one of them has picked up on this virus. Admittedly the computer hasn't done this since that night but I'm really worried that the virus is sitting dormant on the pc waiting to be activated. What am I best to do here?
