Can i get flash player on my dell streak tablet?

I have a 'dell streak' 'phone' not sure if its cled as a phone or media device but is there anyway i can download flash player or similar so i can play online games like bingo etc. Must be free cos the 1's that charge u have to use a credit card n i only have a normal bank card which it doesnt accept, thank u :)
