I live in an apartment and my boyfriend is a frequent visitor, can he buy a parking p without paying rent?

Its time for your boyfriend to start parking on the street. The landlord would have to get the parking p but clearly he won't. Maybe you could tell him you need another p for friends and could you pay him for it, but he'll probably just say no.
