What word would you use to describe these things?

Vintage and victorian. The victorian era was one of cl, prosperity and proper-ness. Porcelain, lace, and formal things were staples, so yes, it would be Victorian. You may not like EVERY aspect of the Victorian style (like the frills) but it is, in essence, what you like. I suppose you could also just call it 'your style' but if you want a "proper" name for it, it would be victorian.
