How can i get access to my kids? family law?

Dear Micheal, it sounds like you are having a real hard time trying to see your kids. You are going to have to get the courts involved. She is using the children as a weapon against you and this is not right. You can start by getting the Department of Family and Children's Services involved. You have rights as their father. I know the courts will give you visitation, but you have to file something with the courts and they will take it from there. The only way the courts would not give you visitation , would be if she could prove something bad about you. I sure hope this turns out good for you, I can tell you love those boys...
