DESPERATE AND QUICK help needed plzzzzzzzzz!!!?

PLZ my prob is really serious and i need thoughful and guaranteed help! people who are in the habit of answering rudely, plz this is not a place for YOU!...okay i am a teenager currently living in texas and my ambition is to be a doctor. i know that the studies are very expensive. of late i've been facing a lot of problems from my family, in short they are uncooperative and unhelpful. but i want to be a doctor whatever it takes. i'm a hardworking and straight A student. but the problem is that its been only one year since i came to america and no i don't have a job. right now my so-called dad is paying for my education but i know he won't pay in the future because he doesn't want me to be what i want to be. i want to ESCAPE from this house and i need advise as to where is the best place to study medicine IN AMERICA. what do you think about NEW YORK? if i go there and get a part time job and take financial aid, will i be able to make it through?
