"Jeff" Keen, arrested for the of a 16/17 year old girl...girl from MA, but caught in upstate NY?

Does anyone know of a "Jeff" Keen who took a 16/17 year old girl from machusetts but was caught being too loud [during the process of raping] in upper-state New York? He's 30-40ish years old and from one of the Carolina's....This was not too recent...thanks!
