How do you convert mp3 audio files to wma using Windows Vista?

I've downloaded some audio torrents from Piratebay.org and Im trying burn them to CD before I can do that though I need to convert them to a different format. Does anyone know how I can do that using Windows Vista? Possibly give me some steps to do it. Thanks so much.
